We spent the night at Nana's as a family tonight. There was much alcohol to be had. Marc drank a Tactical Nuclear Penguin, a beer with 32% alcohol. I stuck to wine.

With my new iPhone I purchased several new toddler apps. Chuck's favorite is a counting one. Since he has been so sick, I have let him play on my phone a lot. Here he is enjoying the counting app.

Have I mentioned that Chuck has been sick for several days now? He hasn't played as much has he usually does and has been sitting in this chair a lot. Poor little thing.

Chuck discovered ketchup today. First he was dunking a fry in it and sucking the ketchup off. Then he decided it is faster to just use your hands. This was taken by my husband on his iPhone.

Today Chuck and I went to the Museum of Transportation. As we pulled into our parking spot, he said, "Choo-choo!" and I knew I made the right decision to bring him! However, he was a little cranky as time went on and the temperature went up.

Chuck got a sticker at the grocery store today. This is where he put it. LOL.

While Chuck and I were playing outside, he slipped and fell and scraped up his face. Mostly here you can just see all the dirt he got on his poor face!

He was up at 10 pm. I was trying to just get a picture of how awake and happy he was. He wouldn't look at me, so I started singing Itsy Bitsy Spider. I have done the hand motions for him before, but not a ton. He had never done them with me at all. I didn't even realize he was doing them until the end of the song! I so wish I had been zoomed out a little to fully catch his arm motions!

Today I met up with a dear high school friend and we took our kids to the top of the Arch.
Chuck was not too thrilled when we first got into the egg to go to the top.


He did get into looking out the window. He kept calling the tug boat a "choo-choo."

Marc and I went out to dinner and then saw Wicked. It was my first time seeing it and I LOVED it! We ate dinner at Pi, and had their amazing garlic bread.

So....I didn't notice until I was looking at the pictures, but that is blood on his chin. He slipped and hit his mouth on the climber and busted his lip a little.

Today I bought a climber through Craigslist. He didn't really climb it, but preferred to stay on the lower level.

I have no idea how this happened, but I did not take a single picture today. Chuck and I drove home from the reunion, stopped to see Daddy at the firehouse, then got home and unpacked. So....I share with you instead a couple other pictures from the reunion.

Bringing the laptop and some Thomas DVDs saved my sanity at naptime and when he woke up at 3:30am.
